What a lovely experience buying a car with JJG, first off very welcoming and polite, more than happy for you to really look over the car and absolutely no hesitation to let you take it for a test drive. Great experience buying a car from JJG. Bought my wife a 2017 XC90 to upgrade from her Qashqai as baby number 4 is imminent. Had no troubles enquiring about, viewing & test driving the car. John was great, allowing me time to have a look around by myself and I appreciate the small things like allowing my daughter to use the toilet when we first visited - I’ve been to places where they’re not interested even though they have facilities to do so. There was no pressure from John to do anything and he seemed happy for me to go at my own pace. I put down a deposit when we got back from the test drive and picked the car up about 5 days later. Car was as described and has been absolutely fine for the 10 days or so since we picked it up. I make sure to do my homework on dealers before visiting and based on everything I could research they seemed like a legit dealer. I’ve had a posiitve experience and I would definitely buy from JJG again.

Spotted the car on Autotrader and rang about it immediately. John wasn’t in the office but he promised to call me back and true to his word he did. I explained that I was from Northern Ireland and John told me all about the condition of the car and it’s history. I reserved the car with an online deposit transaction . I booked a flight from Belfast and I was delighted to find the car exactly as John had described it. A very good car at a sensible, buyable price and my daughter absolutely loves it. I bought Mercedes B class from JJG last week. It was the most straight forward sale I have ever experienced. John was extremely helpful, great comms! I would dispute the previous bad review that John doesn’t treat women buyers well. I experienced the opposite, turned up with my daughter, test drove the car and put deposit down. Collected car next day. Thank you JJG, I love my car!!
